This Data Protection Addendum (the “Addendum”) forms part of the written or electronic Agreement(s) between Ziff Davis, Inc. and/or, to the extent provided for in such Agreement, any of its Affiliates (collectively, “Ziff Davis”), and the organisation and/or, to the extent provided for in such Agreement, any of that organisation’s Affiliates (collectively, “Company”) (each a “party” and together, the “parties”) who executes a non-disclosure or confidentiality Agreement (the “Agreement”) into which this Addendum is incorporated by reference, for the Purpose (as defined in the Agreement), to reflect the Agreement between Ziff Davis and Company with regard to the Processing of Personal Data (as each is defined below) in connection with the Agreement. All capitalised terms not defined herein shall have the meaning set forth in the Agreement, absent a contrary definition in the applicable legislation.
