DEPARTMENT OF STATE HEALTH SERVICES (“Receiving Agency”), each a “Party” and collectively the “Parties,” enter into the following Interagency Cooperation Contract (the “Contract”) pursuant to the provisions of “The Interagency Cooperation Act,” Chapter 771 of the Texas Government Code.
