This Advisory Services Agreement and any order forms, exhibits, schedules, addendums, engagement letters, statement of work and attachments set forth the entire agreement (this “Agreement”) between Abrigo and Customer. References to the “Parties” herein means Abrigo and Customer. In consideration of the mutual promises and covenants set forth in this Agreement, the Parties agree that the following terms and conditions will apply to each Order Form and shall be incorporated by reference therein.
