is made and entered into this 10th day of July, 2018, by and between New York Transco LLC, a non-incumbent transmission owner organized and existing as a limited liability company under the laws of the State of New York (“NTO”), and the New York Independent System Operator, Inc., a not-for-profit corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of New York (“ISO”). The NTO and the ISO each may be referred to as a “Party” or collectively referred to as the “Parties.”
