This Subscription Agreement (this "Agreement") is made by and among (i) PSC-Can Ltd., an Israeli company having a registered address at 30 Hasade St., Tzofit, 4492500, Israel (the "Company"), (ii) the investors whose names and details are set forth in the attached Schedule A as shall be updated from time to time as set forth herein (each, an "Investor" and together, the "Investors"), and is effective as between the Company and each Investor on the date of execution of this Agreement by the Company and such Investor.
