This Agreement (hereinafter "Agreement") is entered into by and between NAPA SILVERADOS BASEBALL CLUB (hereinafter “BASEBALL”) and Napa Valley College C o m m u n i t y C o l l e g e District (hereinafter “DISTRICT”). Agreement to be managed by the Napa Valley College District Auxiliary Services, a Community College Auxiliary Foundation for Napa Valley Community College District, organized and existing under the laws of the State of California (hereinafter "NVC-DAS").
