This Agreement made and entered into by and between The Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois, a public corporation (hereinafter referred to as Employer), and Service Employees International Union Local 73, AFL-CIO, CLC (hereinafter referred to as Union), in behalf of certain nonacademic employees of the Employer identified in Article III hereof.
