This Settlement Agreement and Release is entered into between and among Plaintiff George Moore (“Plaintiff”), on behalf of himself and all Settlement Class Members as defined herein on the one hand, and Defendant Tribune Publishing Company (“Tribune” or “Defendant”), on the other. Plaintiff and Defendant are referred to collectively in this Settlement Agreement as the “Parties.”
