This Amendment to the Interconnection Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between United Telephone Company of the Carolinas LLC d/b/a CenturyLink (“CenturyLink”), and Bullseye Telecom, Inc. (“CLEC”), in its capacity as a certified provider of local wireline Telecommunications Service. CenturyLink and CLEC are herein referred to collectively as the “Parties” and each individually as a “Party”.
