The following terms and conditions shall serve as your User Agreement and Client Agreement ("Terms") with LUNA SECURITIES, INC., formerly VSEC.COM, Inc. ("LUNA) a registered broker-dealer with the Securities and Exchange Commission with principal office address at Unit 1908, 19th Floor, PSE Tower, 28th Street corner 5th Avenue, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Philippines. The Terms shall govern your visit and use of LUNA’s mobile application accessible via an application ("LUNA Mobile App") and website accessible at www.lunasecurities.com (the "LUNA Website", and together with the Luna Mobile App, the “LUNA App”), and its User Services, as well as to all information, recommendations and/or services provided to you on or through the LUNA App.
