This Dockage Agreement, (the "Agreement") is entered into and made binding based on the information provided no the Marina Reservation Form and is between Oil Nut Bay, Inc., a company duly incorporated under the laws of the Virgin Islands, ("ONB"), and the client ("Boater") whose personal information will have been provided in full on the Marina Reservation Form, for the use and occupation of a Marina Slip ("Marina Slip") at the Oil Nut Bay Marina (" Marina") pursuant to the terms and conditions set out below:
