BETWEEN: THE CITY OF FREDERICTON, a municipal corporation by virtue of the Local Governance Act, S.N.B. 2017, C. 18, and amendments thereto, having its head office at 397 Queen Street, Fredericton, New Brunswick, E3B 1B5, hereinafter called the “Vendor” of the First Part;
