In accordance with the National Aeronautics and Space Act (51 U.S.C. § 20113(e)), this Agreement is entered into by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration, located at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory (hereinafter referred to as "NASA") and The Regents of the University of California on behalf of the University of California, Los Angeles, Office of Research Administration located at 10889 Wilshire Blvd, Ste 700, Los Angeles, CA 90024-4201 (hereinafter referred to as "Partner" or "UCLA"). NASA and Partner may be individually referred to as a "Party" and collectively referred to as the "Parties."
