This Agreement shall be for the purpose of NASA GRC and SwRI to validate inputs into Numerical Propulsion System Simulation (NPSS) engine prediction codes used to develop next generation advancement of small turbine engines and critical components for future trends in aero-propulsion under projects like Urban Air Mobility. NASA GRC will provide a small turbine engine designated as the Great Homed Owl ("GHQ") to SwRI for testing.
