Government Authority means any government agency, authority, department or body, exercising jurisdiction in any nation, state, port or airport. Law means any law, regulation, rule or international convention. Loss means any loss, cost, damage, expense, claim, demand, action, proceeding or liability of any kind, (including legal costs on an indemnity basis) and whether actual, prospective or contingent and whether ascertained or unascertained. Owner means the owner, importer or exporter of the Goods, or a person authorised to act on behalf of the owner, importer or exporter of the Goods. Perishable Goods means any Goods liable to waste, deterioration or spoilage, and includes without limitation fruit, vegetables, dairy products, meat, and animals.
