This Memorandum of Understanding (“Memorandum”) is effective as of the “Effective Date”, as described herein, between Campbell County Public Health, a Division of Public Health Nursing, a governmental department of Campbell County, Wyoming, duly organized and legally existing under the laws of the State of Wyoming (“Campbell County Public Health”), Campbell County School District, a political subdivision of the State of Wyoming, duly organized and legally existing under the laws of the State of Wyoming (“CCSD”), Campbell County Hospital District (“CCH”), a Wyoming Hospital District and political subdivision of the State of Wyoming, and County of Campbell, a political subdivision of the State of Wyoming, duly organized and legally existing under the laws of the State of Wyoming (“County”) all of which are agencies set forth in W.S. § 16-1-101 (referred to individually as “Agency” and collectively as “Agencies”).
