Plaintiff TAMI TREPTE (“Plaintiff” or “Class Representative”), on behalf of herself and all others similarly situated, and Defendant Sunbeam Products, Inc. (“Sunbeam” or “Defendant”), hereby enter into this Settlement Agreement and Release (“Settlement Agreement”), subject to the approval of the Court.
