Crestwood has engaged Lisa Stump with Lashly and Baer for legal services since 2013. The agreement has not been updated since it was originally approved. Lashly & Baer has requested the Board consider updating their rates, recognizing they have remained at the same level for over eight years. In response to this request, staff met with the city attorney to review the terms of the agreement and make a few updates.
