THIS AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made, entered into and effective this day of September, 2020, by and among the West St. Paul Economic Development Authority, a Minnesota public body corporate and politic (“EDA”) and Michael T. Buttgereit and Sarah N. Lewandowski, joint tenants (“Landowner”).
