On behalf of the National Landing Business Improvement District (BID) and the business community in Crystal City, Pentagon City, and Potomac Yard, I am writing in support of the comprehensive agreement between the Arlington County Board and East Entrance, LLC., a Joint Venture between JBG Smith Properties and Clark Construction, to provide design-build construction services for the Crystal City Metrorail East Entrance project.
