This LEASE, effective as of the 1st day of January, made by and between Yankee Point Sailboat Marina, Inc. located at 1303 Oak Hill Road, Lancaster, VA 22503 on Myer Creek (the Marina) and the (Yacht Owner). In consideration of the rent hereinafter reserved, and of the mutual covenants hereinafter contained, Marina hereby rents, leases, and demises unto the Yacht Owner that the Slip identified above, located at the property of the Marina (the Slip). This lease is for a twelve month period of this year beginning January 1, and ending December 31, 2020 and will not be pro-rated for a partial season.
