Agency, Purposes. The Artist appoints the HAA as agent for the works of art (“the Artworks”) consigned under this Agreement, for the purpose of exhibition and sale at the location of the undersigned organization. Neither the HAA nor the undersigned organization shall permit the Artworks to be used for any other purposes without the written consent of the Artist.
