This Part 1 Contract (Contract) for design-build services is made and entered into this 14th day of February, 2019 by and between the Hillsborough County Aviation Authority, a public body corporate under the laws of the State of Florida, hereinafter referred to as the "Owner," and DPR Construction, A General Partnership, authorized to do business in the State of Florida, hereinafter referred to as the “Design-Builder”.
