This SAI Database Terms of Service (“Agreement”) is between SAI and the user (individual or entity) that has sign up to SAI Database Services (“User” or “you” or “your”). If you are an individual using SAI Database Services on behalf of a corporation, partnership or other entity, then that entity will be the User, and you represent and warrant that you are authorized to enter into this Agreement on behalf of such entity and bind such entity to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The “Effective Date” of this Agreement is the date of the User’s initial access to SAI Database Services through any online provisioning and/or registration.
