BRC Trading Limited ("BRCGS") and Andromeda Enterprises Ltd (“Ecodesk”) make available ESG Lead ("ESG Lead" as defined below) product and services to users in accordance with this End User Licence Agreement ("EULA"). Anyone wishing to use ESG Lead product and services must (i) use a browser to gain access to it via the Internet and (ii) use a portal website to gain access to private and public areas of ESG Lead (an authorized account name and password are required in order to gain access to the private area).
