ACQUISITION SUPPORT AGREEMENT, dated as of February 18, 2011 (this “Agreement”), by and among Stapleton Acquisition Company, a Delaware corporation (“SAC”), Leeward Capital, L.P., a California limited partnership (the “Leeward Capital”), and Leeward Investments, LLC, a California limited liability company and the general partner of Leeward Capital (“Leeward Investments” and together with Leeward Capital, the “Leeward Parties”).
