This Purchase Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into as of , 2017 (the “Effective Date”) by and between Traverse City Area Public Schools, a Michigan general powers school district organized and operating under the provisions of the Revised School Code, MCL 380.1, et seq., as amended (“Seller”), and Old Mission Peninsula Education Foundation, a Michigan Non-profit Corporation, (“Purchaser”) (collectively, the “Parties”), upon the terms and conditions stated below.
