In addition to the terms set forth in the Web.com Master Service Agreement, the following additional terms and conditions shall apply to this Referral Program. The Master Service Agreement, these Referral Program terms and conditions, along with all applicable agreements, policies, addenda, terms, conditions and other related notices are collectively referred to herein as the “Agreement.” To participate in the Referral Program, you must agree to these terms, which become part of the Agreement. Capitalized terms that are not defined here will have the same meaning given to them in the Master Service Agreement.
