, 2022, (“Effective Date”) by and between the Don Ce-Sar Property Owners Corporation (“DCPOC” or “Licensor”), a not-for-profit corporation, and the City of St. Pete Beach (the “City” or “Licensee”), a duly authorized municipal corporation under the laws of the State of Florida. The DCPOC and City together shall be referred to as the “parties.”
