Alloutagesmustbe verifiedby SchoolPointe Business before the resolution process will begin. Outages caused by the Customer's own network, DNS interruptions outside of SchoolPointe's control, or issues with general accessibility, are not covered. Excluded minutes include time spent waiting for required response from Customer and scheduled maintenance of SchoolPointe Services.
