This Agreement, made and entered into this 6th day of May, 2015 between the City of Bellevue, herein after called “City,” and the Central Puget Sound Regional Transit Authority 401 South Jackson Street, Seattle, Washington 98104, herein after called “Sound Transit,” each of which is referred to herein individually as “Party” or collectively as “Parties.”
