This INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY LICENSE AGREEMENT is made and entered into and effective as of October 1, 2008, by and between ADA-ES, Inc., a Colorado corporation (“Licensor”), and Crowfoot Development, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Licensee”).
