It affects your rights as an accountholder and will have a substantial impact on how legal claims concerning your account or any aspect of your relationship with New Covenant Dominion Federal Credit Union (the “Credit Union,” “NCDFCU,” “we,” “us,”) are resolved. Recall that this Agreement is a part of the Consumer Account Agreement or Commercial Account Agreement, as applicable (collectively, “Account Agreement”) and that you accept the Account Agreement by signing the Account-Opening Application.
