Whereas the Municipal Police Services Board of the Town of Hanover and the HANOVER POLICE ASSOCIATION have agreed to enter into a collective agreement, effective the first (1st) day of January, 2009 to remain in force until and including the thirty-first (31st) day of December, 2011 and from year to year thereafter as hereinafter provided.
