This Agreement is entered into on this day of 2009 by and between the Town of Chapel Hill/Chapel Hill Transit (hereinafter referred to as “CHT”) Chatham County (hereinafter referred to as “the County”), and the Town of Pittsboro (herein after referred to as “the Town”).
