INTERCONNECTION AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into this 31st day of July, 2019, by and among New York Independent System Operator, Inc. (“NYISO”), a not- for-profit corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of New York, New York State Electric & Gas Corporation (“NYSEG”), a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of New York, and Trans-Allegheny Interstate Line Company (“TrAILCo”), a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Maryland. NYSEG, NYISO or TrAILCo each may be referred to as a “Party” or collectively referred to as the “Parties.” The terms “Party” and “Parties” as used herein shall not include PJM Interconnection, L.L.C. (“PJM”) or any successor Regional Transmission Organization.
