This Agreement defines the relationship between the Founder, Publisher of the journal “Tambov University Reports. Series: Natural and Technical Sciences” registred by the Federal Service for Supervision of Communications, Information Technology, and Mass Media (Roskomnadzor). The mass media registration certificate – ПИ no. ФС77-70572 of August 3, 2017, and the Author (or other right holder), who accepted the public offer to conclude this Agreement. This Agreement in accordance with par. 2 of Art. 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation is a public offer, full and unconditional acceptance of which, in accordance with Art. 438 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation is considered to be the direction of the Author’s materials to the Publisher.
