For and in consideration of the acceptance by the Grantee of the hereinafter described easement Nathan Louie (“Owner”), hereby grants to City of El Cerrito_ (“Grantee”), an easement (the “Easement”) for the operation, inspection, maintenance, repair, replacement and removal of a storm drain pipe and associated storm drain structures under and through the real property described in Exhibit A and depicted on Exhibit B (the “Easement Area”) with right of ingress and egress to and from same, in, over, under and across the Easement Area, subject to the conditions stated in this Agreement.
