This ROAD IMPACT FEE AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the day of , 2022, by and between the City of Westfield, Indiana, (“City”), a duly formed Indiana municipal corporation, and Westtec Land Acquisitions, LLC (“Developer”) (collectively, the “Parties”). This Agreement is based upon the exchange of adequate, valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby mutually acknowledged.
