OR-X warrants only to the original purchaser that this product, as purchased from OR-X or an OR-X distributor or dealer, will conform to the written specifications for a period of one year from the date of purchase. If the product fails to conform to these warranties, OR-X, as its sole and exclusive liability hereunder, will repair or replace the product and/or its components within a reasonable period of time if the product is returned to OR-X’s facility, within the warranty period as expressed above.
