This Non-‐Disclosure and Services Agreement governs the disclosure of Confidential Information (“CI”, as defined below) and the provision of services and licenses between Adobe Systems Incorporated (“Adobe”) and you. By accepting these terms, you are representing that you have the authority to (A) send a company’s data to Adobe; and (B) bind such company to this agreement (you and that company are collectively referred to as “you”). The party disclosing CI is referred to as “Discloser” and the party receiving CI is referred to as “Recipient.” You and Adobe may make disclosures of CI to each other for discussions, evaluation, or consultations, concerning prospective or existing business relationships (the Purpose).
