This Retention Agreement governs the retention of Kent Maynard & Associates LLC (“KMA”) and Leonard Meyer LLP (“LMLLP” and, collectively with KMA, the “Attorneys”) by those individuals (the “Client”) who have authorized the Attorneys to prosecute claims arising out of their receipt of notices of violations the Illinois Vehicle Code generated by Red-Light Cameras.
