In accordance with the National Aeronautics and Space Act (51 U.S.C. § 20113), this Agreement is entered into by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration Goddard Space Flight Center Wallops Flight Facility, located at Wallops Island, VA 23337 (hereinafter referred to as "NASA GSFC," "GSFC," "NASA WFF," "WFF," or "NASA") and Virginia Space Flight Academy located at 34200 Fulton Street, P.O. Box 144, Wallops Island, VA 23337-2103 (hereinafter referred to as "Partner" or "VSFA"). NASA and Partner may be individually referred to as a "Party" and collectively referred to as the "Parties."
