THIS AGREEMENT ("Agreement”) is between the New York State (“State”) Office of the State Comptroller (“OSC”), by the Department of Audit and Control, whose main office and principal place of business is 110 State Street, Albany, New York, 12236, and PSI International, Inc. (the “Contractor”) whose office is located at 11200 Waples Mill Road, Suite 200, Fairfax, Virginia, 22030 (OSC and the Contractor are each a “Party” and collectively referred to as the “Parties”).
