The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Langley Research Center (hereinafter referred to as LaRC) will conduct radar cross-section (RCS) characterization of test articles provided by L3 Technologies, Inc., KEO (hereinafter referred to as L3 KEO or Partner). Testing will be conducted to verify that the RCS performance of the unit under testing (UUT) meets the required threshold azimuth, elevation, and polarization response requirements specified in the test plan provided by L3 KEO test plan.
