This grant agreement (this "Agreement") is made effective on Cf/22/ i v1 , (the "Effective Date") between Claremont Graduate University (the "University''), and the Charles Koch Foundation, a Kansas nonprofit corporation (the "Donor"). This Agreement is for the benefit ofthe Computational Justice Lab (the "Center"), which is housed in the Department of Economic Sciences (the "College"). The University and the Donor are sometimes referred to in this Agreement individually as a "Party" and collectively as the "Parties." The Parties agree as follows:
