This Option Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made this   day of  , 20  (the “Effective Date”) by and between Bowling Green State University, an institution of higher education of the State of Ohio, with a principal place of business at Bowling Green, Ohio 43403-0230 (hereinafter, “BGSU”) and Optionee Name, with an address at  Principal Place of Business (hereinafter, “Optionee”); collectively, “Parties”, or singly, “Party”.
