This Data Processing Addendum (“DPA”) supplements the FieldAware Master Services Agreement available at https://www.fieldaware.com/company/service-terms, as updated from time to time between Customer and Company, or other agreement between Customer and Company governing Customer’s use of the Services (the “Agreement”) when GDPR applies to your use of the Services to process Customer Data. This DPA is an agreement between you and the entity you represent (“Customer”, “Subscriber”, “you”, or “your”) and the Company. All capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meaning set forth in the Agreement.
