THIS AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is by and between Oregon State University and its Extension Service Administration ("OSU" or “Extension Service”) and the Oregon State University Extension Association (“OSUEA” or "Association”), OSU and OSUEA hereafter may each be referred to as a “Party,” and collectively as the “Parties.”
