Contract Type FiledAugust 31st, 2022The Employer and Employees want transparency in terms and conditions of employment to help address the risk of subconscious bias leading to unfair differences in terms and conditions. If the Employer wants to offer a prospective or existing Employee remuneration on terms and conditions that are more favourable than the minimum terms and conditions in this Agreement, the Employer must first consult on the proposal with the ASU’s staff representatives about the reasons for any offer and provide them with a reasonable opportunity to respond to those reasons.
